Return & Exchange Policy

At Pehnawa, we value your shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

7-Day Window

Products can be returned or exchanged if they are incorrect, incomplete, or defective/damaged within 7 days after delivery.

Stitched & Altered Items

Pehnawa will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the product has already been stitched or altered in any way.

Color & Texture Disclaimer

Due to differences in color monitors and professional lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture may slightly vary. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

Note: Pehnawa is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.

Usage & Damage

  • We do not accept exchanges for items that have been washed, dried, damaged, or stained.
  • This includes items damaged or shrunk in a dryer.
  • Items must be returned with all original tags and components intact.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Non-Damaged Items: Shipping costs (both ways) will be paid by the customer.
  • Defective Items: Pehnawa will bear the delivery costs for wrong/defective merchandise, but the initial return cost to send the parcel to us is borne by the customer.
  • No Pickup Service: We do not offer a pickup service. Customers must send the parcel back via any traceable courier.

Refunds & Store Credit

There is no monetary refund offered. Upon receiving and inspecting the parcel, customers can choose:

  • A direct product exchange.
  • A Store Credit issued for future purchases.

Exclusions IMPORTANT

  • Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange.

  • Condition: We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been washed, dried, damaged, or stained. This includes shrinkage or damage caused by tumble drying.

  • Alterations: Any product that has already been stitched is ineligible for claims or exchange requests.

  • Exclusions: * Items purchased from Sale or Discount sections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Product add-ons (such as matching trousers or dupattas) are not eligible for exchange.

Color & Texture Variation

Due to variations in monitor settings, screen brightness, and professional lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final product may vary slightly from the images seen on screen. Exchanges will not be entertained for these minor discrepancies.

Product Care

Pehnawa is not responsible for color bleeding, print damage, or fading resulting from washing or improper care.

Shipping & Handling

  • Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs (both ways) for non-damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Defective Goods: Pehnawa will cover delivery costs for defective or incorrect merchandise; however, the initial return shipping to our facility must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

  • No Pickup Service: We do not offer a pickup service. Customers must return the parcel to us via a courier of their choice.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for any purchased items.

  • Options: Customers may choose to exchange the product within 7 days or receive Store Credit for future purchases. Refunds (in the form of credit) will be processed once the returned parcel is received and inspected.

  • Pehnawa reserves the right to reject return requests that show signs of policy misuse or items returned with missing tags and components.
