By interacting with Pehnawa, you agree to follow our service terms. All products are subject to availability, and prices (listed in PKR) may change without prior notice. Orders are processed upon full payment receipt. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is only possible with management approval.
02. Return & Exchange
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Only incorrect, incomplete, or defective items qualify.
- No exchanges on stitched, washed, or altered products.
- Sale and Discounted items are Non-Returnable.
03. Shipping & Colors
- Customers bear shipping costs for non-damaged returns.
- No pickup service available; use a traceable courier.
- Minor color variations due to screen lighting do not qualify for exchange.
Refunding Policy
Pehnawa does not provide monetary refunds. In the event of a valid return, customers will be offered an Exchange or Store Credit for future purchases. This credit is issued once the item is received and inspected by our quality team.
